On initial consultation, we give you a brief overall check, assessing nutrient deficiencies, ailments and general stress levels. Based on these results and your own aims, we devise a plan of life-style changes that will help you achieve your health goals. We advise on for example:

See Specialisms for a detailed breakdown of what we can do.

What we don’t do:

  • We don’t diagnose illnesses, but if there is an indication of a medical condition needing treatment, we can refer you to a doctor
  • We cannot give you a quick fix or a fad diet, our program is setting you on a journey towards well-being.
  • We will not give advice that is unsupported by science.

Specialisms

In a world full of misinformation, many find it difficult to sort the fact from the fiction when it comes to nutrition. I use my scientific training and statistical literacy to refer back to the original peer-reviewed research, to cut through the media sensationalism. Here you can find a list of our current Specialist Programs to give you a flavour for what we can do.

What we offer

At Claud9Vitality we believe in the 3 pillars of health: Sleep, Exercise, and Nutrition. Our aim is to teach you about your body, empowering you to take charge for your health.

Health is not simply the absence of illness. It is maximising your potential. A long-term investment in your wellbeing allows you to spend time on the things that are truly important to you. Don’t believe the myths that as we get older aches and pains are part of the package - this is simply not true!

If you would like our help, please ‘book a free consultation’. We will give you a free, no obligation, 20 minute phone consultation where we will discuss your needs and goals.

Follow up sessions will be tailored to you. Depending on your needs we can meet once a week, fortnightly, or once a month. Sometimes it will make sense to give a little more time in between session, simply to give you time to adapt your new strategies.

We at Claud9Vitality access the most up-to-date scientific knowledge. We follow ongoing research published gut health at Kings College London (ZOE program) and Dr William Li, researcher and author of the bestseller ‘Eat to Beat Disease’. We carry out monthly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training to keep updated in this fast-paced field. In addition, we receive weekly updates from scientific, peer-reviewed journals including ‘Journal of Nutritional Science’ and ‘Nutrition & Metabolism Science’. Through a membership with ‘Food Matters Careers’ we access regular seminars and conferences to keep up-to-date with industry.
